NIGHT DAY ROTATING SHIFT HOURS

6am - 6pm(12 Hour Shift)

21.27/hr

Responsibilities

The Production Packer 1 provides frontline production support by safely inspecting, packaging, and preparing finished products to meet established quality and production standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficient manufacturing operations by ensuring product quality, supporting continuous production flow, and adhering to safety and operational requirements. Works collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals while exercising sound judgment within established procedures and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Manufacturing Operations

• Package finished products according to established production and customer specifications.
• Inspect products and packaging materials to verify compliance with quality standards.

• Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas that support safe and efficient operations.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality deviations to appropriate personnel.

Continuous Improvement

• Support efficient production by identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve operational effectiveness.
• Assist with machine adjustments and routine production support activities within established work instructions.

Requirements

Education/Experience Required

• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience.
