Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc., located at 6457 Fly Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057, is seeking an overnight production associate to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, read blueprints, and meet output targets in a fast-paced PCB production environment.

This role requires following English instructions, basic math, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, standing for long shifts, and adherence to safety and quality guidelines. High school diploma preferred; prior PCB or CNC experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow written instructions in English
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic

• Experience with reading blueprints is preferred
• Background in PCB manufacturing or CNC tools is a plus

This position is located at 6457 Fly Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057.

This is an overnight position. However, the incumbent may need to train on 1st shift hours.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adherence to production time sensitive disciplines
• Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters
• Meet or exceed expected output targets and metrics
• Read blueprints and comprehend the English instruction documents and engineering notes to take individual/specific action to produce precisely designed products
• Read and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count, and to verify quality
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
• Strict compliance to all safety and quality guidelines
• Follow dispatch as required while making allowances for schedule changes to accommodate for Hot Orders and customer requirements
• Work closely with others in a team environment
• Demonstrate a strong, customer-focused culture
• Operate with a true sense of urgency
• Exact adherence to process requirements

Education and Experience:

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in process and/or printed circuit board manufacturing is a plus
• Knowledge and/or previous experience in the use of circuit board terminology
• Previous experience in the use of CNC machinery, measurement and inspection tools to include magnification, scopes, eye loops, calipers, gauges, etc.
• Knowledge and experience of Lean Principles and/or continuous improvement preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that is considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$35,127 - $55,524

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
