Job summary

MityLite, a leading manufacturer of multi-purpose conference, banquet, and institutional furniture, is hiring for an onsite manufacturing role in Orem, Utah. The team emphasizes family atmosphere and a strong safety culture.

Shifts run 5am-3:30pm or 6am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday with potential Fridays or overtime. The role involves assembling products to meet daily schedules and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Cross-train within department(s) and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Productively manufacture and assemble product(s) to meet daily schedules and on-time standards.
• Frequent bending, twisting and reaching with moderate lifting; occasional heavy lifting depending on position.
• Help team members achieve team and department goals.
• Work area, machines and equipment must operate safely and be clean and orderly.
• Provide technical feedback to engineers and group leader on process and tooling problems.
• Perform other related duties and tasks as required.

Responsibilities
