Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor environments.
• Able to learn basic machine operation and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Mechanically inclined with good attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment.
• Load raw materials and supplies into production machinery.
• Monitor equipment during production to ensure proper operation.
• Package, label, stack, and prepare finished products.
• Perform basic quality checks on products and packaging.
• Follow production instructions and established procedures.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic adjustments as trained.
• Keep machines and surrounding production areas clean and organized.
• Move materials and finished products throughout the work area.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
• Report equipment problems or product quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with other general production and warehouse duties as needed.
