Job summary

At Bostik Middleton, MA, we are hiring a Production Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri 3:15 PM–11:30 PM, with overtime). Earn $27.00–$30.00 per hour plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits starting Day 1.

You will follow safe, documented procedures, manage batch sheets, handle hazardous materials, and support cross‑department manufacturing tasks in a team‑oriented environment. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within our global network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to learn and participate in operator‑driven in‑plant lab testing, preventive maintenance activities, shop floor problem solving, and 5S workplace organization (training provided).
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team‑based environment.
• Basic problem‑solving skills with the ability to follow standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Practice Safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations
• Follows written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
• Responsible for accurate batch sheet administration and retain sample collection.
• Follow proper procedures for the handling, storage and transfer of hazardous material.
• Operates all equipment within your respective department.
• Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.
