Job summary

Plansee USA LLC in Franklin, USA, is seeking an entry-level process technician for the aqueous cleaning line. Training provided; you will learn to etch tungsten and molybdenum parts and operate marking, cutting, polishing equipment.

Responsibilities include following work instructions, reading blueprints, measuring with basic tools, and coordinating multi-mute equipment. Competitive pay $22-26 per hour plus bonus, with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
• Read blueprints to interpret specifications.
• Able to operate and set up multiple machines with minimal supervision.
• Experience with basic measuring tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tungsten and Molybdenum etching lines.
• Set up and operate laser marking equipment.
• Operate and set up abrasive cut-off / bandsaw, polishing, and sand blasting processes.
• Follow documented work instructions and procedures precisely.
• Read and interpret blueprints and use basic measuring tools.

Candidate will be trained thoroughly in the Aqueous cleaning line process. Qualifications and responsibilities will include but not limited to

• Tungsten and Molybdenum Etching line, set up and operate laser Marking equipment.
• Operate and set up Abrasive cut-off / Bandsaw machine, polishing, sand blasting.
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures, perform equipment adjustments, and work independently.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools and read blueprints.
• Multi-mute machine operation will be required.
• Training will be required for the right candidate.
