TTM Technologies, Inc. is hiring at our East Syracuse, NY facility for a production-focused role. You will read blueprints, set up equipment, and adhere to time‑sensitive production targets to deliver precise PCB products.

Candidate should have a High School diploma and the ability to follow English instructions, perform basic arithmetic, and lift up to 30 pounds. Lean principles experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow in a lean manufacturing environment.

Job Description

This position is located at 6457 Fly Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count, and to verify quality
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
• Strict compliance to all safety and quality guidelines
• Follow dispatch as required while making allowances for schedule changes to accommodate for Hot Orders and customer requirements
• Work closely with others in a team environment
• Demonstrate a strong, customer-focused culture

• Exact adherence to process requirements

Education and Experience

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Desired Experience: Previous experience in process and/or printed circuit board manufacturing is a plus
• Knowledge and/or previous experience in the use of circuit board terminology
• Previous experience in the use of CNC machinery, measurement and inspection tools to include magnification, scopes, eye loops, calipers, gauges, etc.
• Knowledge and experience of Lean Principles and/or continuous improvement preferred

• A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $35,127 - $55,524
• Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.
• Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
