We are seeking a dedicated individual to support basic production manufacturing tasks to meet customer deadlines. This role involves operating tools, equipment, and processes following instructions or based on experience, ensuring quality standards, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate tools, equipment, and processes according to instructions or based on experience, assisting in creating instructions when needed.
2. Adhere to standard work and quality policies, monitor work quality, and communicate effectively with supervisors.
3. Maintain accurate records of time, labor, inventory, process documentation, scrap, and quality.
4. Participate in safety, cleanliness, and quality improvement initiatives, proposing innovative solutions.
5. Keep certifications and training current, complete assignments on time, and train others if assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in electronics production or manufacturing (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work independently or in teams.
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and initiative.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for the shift duration, reach, lift up to 45 lbs, and use fine motor skills.
