Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking an Entry Level Production Operator in Boonville, MO to set up and operate machines producing plastic and/or rubber parts. This role covers 2nd and 3rd shifts, with a starting wage of $21.40/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift premium and a broad benefits package.

You will monitor equipment, inspect parts, complete production paperwork, follow Safe Job Procedures, and work with teammates to ensure safety and quality. A background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications
