Job summary

Spectrum Control, Inc. is seeking operators for the production floor in our State College, PA facility. The 4-day, 10-hour schedule yields a 3-day weekend, with competitive wages, PTO, and benefits starting on day one of employment.

Responsibilities include inspecting products under a microscope, following specifications, inputting moves into the system, and collaborating with teams on pre- and post-kiln operations. Emphasis on safety and teamwork on every shift.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School or Equivalent.
  • Experience Years: 1 or more years.
  • Experience Type: Production/Manufacturing. OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic reading and comprehension.
  • Ability to tolerate work with or around ceramics, solvents, dust, and liquid & solid metals.
