Responsibilities:

Meets safety, production, sustainability, and quality standards. Interacts with other departments to achieve company's core strategies. Responsible for aligning printed material received from the press room and preparing for cutting.

• Jog loads according to customer specifications.
• Inspect printed product and note defects.
• Operate a pallet jack.
• Calibrate scale on jogging equipment.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Comply with established safety policies, GMP, BRC, and HAACP regulations.
• Maintain professional behavior and respectful interactions with all associates.
• Maintain daily housekeeping.
• Support an optimized production environment using Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Basic reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Certified Pallet Jack operator.
• Physical ability to stand, feel, reach, talk, hear, walk frequently, and occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and focus adjustment.
