Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in Kansas City, MO, is hiring a Production Operator for a 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM). You will load component parts into automated assemblies using PLEX, record production, and pack per instructions while adhering to quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load inventory to the cell and components into automated assembly using PLEX.
• Record production, pack per instruction, make labels and document issues with parts or machinery.
• Escalate downed machinery and poor-quality parts to Team Leaders or Supervisors.
