Job summary

ContiTech, a global leader within Continental, is seeking a Production Operator for the Surface Solutions business. You will contribute on the production line, follow work instructions, maintain equipment and quality specs, and enter manufacturing data.

You will join a safety‑first team in a manufacturing environment in Winchester, shift schedules are 12 hours, with overtime and weekend work as needed. English proficiency required; forklift training beneficial; competitive pay and benefits

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment and learn forklift operation.
• Shift Schedules are 12 Hour Shifts and vary with production needs.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have good attendance record and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• English reading, writing and comprehension skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Function as an active team member within the production line while maintaining quality specifications and inputting manufacturing data.
• Verify materials, meet production schedules, troubleshoot and report issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following housekeeping practices and safety procedures.
• Communicate daily tasks and instructions with the team.
• Stand for long periods, with the ability to reach, bend, push, pull, and intermittently lift up to 50 pounds.
