Job summary

Georgia-Pacific’s Naheola Mill in Pennington, Alabama, is hiring hourly Production Workers. We’ll train you to safely operate our machines, set up orders, and run products to customer specifications.

You’ll also be trained to use a forklift and receive a certificate on successful training. Production Operators work 12-hour rotating shifts (6am–6pm, 6pm–6am), including weekends and holidays, with 7 consecutive days off in each 4-week cycle.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Some manufacturing, industrial, production, or construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run products to customer specifications.
• Set up orders on machines.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines.
• Conduct required quality checks.
• Clean work area.
