The role requires adhering to GMP and company safety programs, maintaining equipment and materials, and accurately reporting production metrics. This position supports rotating 12-hour shifts based on production demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Fill and review quality and production reports hourly.
• Visually inspect products to prevent non-conforming goods.
• Report quality defects to the team and leadership.
• Follow GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping and manage raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Support multiple areas on the production floor as needed.
