Job summary

Coated Products North America (CPNA), part of the BlueScope group, is seeking a warehouse/production associate in Tacoma, WA. The role loads and unloads materials from trucks and conveyors, monitors quality, and tracks movement of goods per plant SOPs.

You will follow safety rules, assist machine operators with die/raft changes, and perform other duties as needed in a high‑volume environment. Requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of production experience; forklift and overhead crane

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with shipping and material handling duties.
• Experience operating forklift and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials into/out of containers, trucks, conveyors, racks, and pallets.
• Monitor quality of material picked from lines and staged in the yard.
• Document and track movement of material per plant SOPs.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices.
• Assist machine operators with die/raft changes as needed.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations and perform other duties as assigned.
