Job summary

Darigold is seeking an experienced Production Operator at the Rainier Avenue plant in Seattle, WA to support 24/7 operations. You will operate an assigned machine safely, maintain an organized work area, and help ensure consistent quality in a high-volume dairy production setting.

This role requires flexibility to work multiple shifts, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand for extended periods and perform heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or food processing preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Darigold is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Operator to join our Rainier Avenue plant in Seattle, WA. As a member of the Operations team, the Production Operator should possess the desire and ability to contribute to the success of the plant. Our plants create nutritious products 24/7, 365 days a year - availability to work multiple shifts, including weekends and holidays a must! The ideal candidate for this role excels in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple repetitive tasks. Strong attention to details and commitment to producing high quality products is required. You should enjoy working with others to achieve team goals but have the ability to work independently without direct supervision.

• Ability to complete multiple repetitive tasks

• Available to work multiple shifts in a 24/7 environment (including holidays)
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time & capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, food processing is preferred
• Mechanical skills are a plus
• High school or GED
