Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking a dependable Manufacturing Production Worker for our Altoona, PA facility. You will play a key role in producing quality products in a fast-paced environment, learning diverse production tasks, and supporting daily operations.

A safety-first mindset and teamwork are essential. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lb regularly (75 lb occasionally), and readiness to work any shift, including nights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and twisting during an 8‑hour shift.
• Able to operate a forklift or willing to become forklift certified.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform a variety of production tasks, including operating equipment, handling materials, and supporting daily production needs.
• Run equipment safely and efficiently while following work instructions and procedures.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe through 5S practices.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Monitor equipment and production processes, reporting issues or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Work as part of a team to meet production, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Be willing to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities as business needs change.

• Be willing to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities as business needs change.
