Advantage Technical, located in Newport Beach, CA, is hiring a Production Operator to join a hands-on manufacturing team. You will work with advanced equipment, support quality processes, and help produce high-quality products in a clean, safety-focused environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and manufacturing experience, with a Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule and a pay rate of $23.00/hour, plus competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in a cGMP, chemical, pharmaceutical, or regulated production environment is a plus.
• Experience operating semi-automated or automated equipment preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble products according to production instructions and quality standards.
• Operate blending, mixing, transfer, bottling, and packaging equipment.
• Weigh, measure, and combine materials accurately to meet batch requirements.
• Complete production records, batch documentation, and quality reports.
• Monitor and calibrate weighing systems and production equipment.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation tasks.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures, and GMP requirements.
• Work in a controlled production environment while using required PPE.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with training team members as needed.
