In this role, you will monitor and control vinegar production processes ensure products are manufactured within required specifications for quantity, quality, timing, safety, and regulatory compliance. This position performs production sampling, nutrient batch preparation, physical inventories, laboratory work, data entry, tanker loading and unloading, and basic maintenance activities.

Work is performed in a manufacturing plant environment with large open floor areas, loud machinery, and exposure to production equipment and raw materials. The role may require work in elevated temperatures during summer months and colder environments during winter months. Employees may be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including hearing protection, safety glasses, safety shoes, hair and beard nets, gloves, and respiratory protection where required.
