Job Summary

Production Operators are responsible for molding, painting, sanding, trimming, sealing, assembling, and counting products. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Produce products that meet daily quality and production standards.
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE at all times in designated areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform basic math operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Must be a team player and work well with others.

Essential Job Functions

• Use hands to pull, push, handle, or feel products; ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close and color vision.
• Stand for approximately 95% of the workday.
• Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, or hazardous chemicals may occur; noise levels are usually moderate.

Preferred Skills

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Over 3 months of experience in PRADCO's soft plastics department.
