Overview

Compensation: $22.50/hr

Location: Ephrata, PA

Working hours: 6:00am - 3:30pm

Responsibilities

• Operate designated production equipment efficiently and safely.
• Handle start-up, operation, change over, shutdown, and preventative maintenance of equipment, including production lines and forklifts.
• Follow safety policies, including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Perform manual tasks such as loading, supplying, reworking products, and loading conveyors.
• Ensure quality assurance and testing compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness of the plant and production areas (5S).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in production, preferably in food and beverage.
• Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds safely.
• Forklift experience required in some locations.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends as needed.
• Ability to visually inspect materials and detect odors.
• Use of PPE such as safety shoes, hair nets, goggles, and ear plugs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment around moving machinery and in outdoor conditions, including inclement weather, heat, and humidity.
