Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing, Inc. in Dickinson, ND is seeking a full-time Production Operator to contribute to aerospace cable harness fabrication. This on-site role offers $18.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and life insurance.

You will review schematics, assemble harnesses, cut/strip/crimp wires, and perform quality checks with engineers and quality teams to ensure safety and precision in every build.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow detailed production processes and instructions.
• Lifts production kits and wire bundles as required.
• Proficient in cutting, stripping and crimping wires.
• Experience assembling wire harnesses to specification.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE use.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Ability to perform quality checks and tests.
