About the job

We're looking for a full-time Production Operator who values safety, trust, accountability, and a strong work ethic. Here at Ripple you'll find a culture that values engagement, flexibility, and high feedback. If you're punctual, positive, and eager to actively participate in building new processes and capacity, this is the place for you. At times, mandatory overtime may be required, and flexible schedules are a must. Hours may change based on business needs.

The current schedule is Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm. Schedule subject to change to meet the needs of the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Packaging and labeling products.
• Washing dishes and small wares.
• Assist with scheduled cleaning of facility
• Attention to detail and product quality. This is critical to the role.
  
  
  
  • Perform and record regular quality checks.
  
  
  • Adjust process according to quality results to achieve target quality parameters.
  
  
  
  
• After a successful period of training, set up, shut down, and clean up equipment for daily production.
• General maintenance of equipment as required.
• Any other duties assigned by the Production Manager or Leads.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21+ years of age with a current MED Badge or the ability to obtain one.
• Manufacturing experience, with food manufacturing experience a plus!
• Able to stand for hours at a time, work in a hot environment, and lift 50 lbs.
• Read and write English to be able to understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Must be reliable and able to attend the workplace in person daily.
