Job summary

SS Industries is seeking a Production Operator in Collegeville, PA to perform parts production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties. You will set up machinery, read technical measurements, and work with various fabrication tools on a fast-paced shop floor.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing, blueprint reading, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Teamwork, safety compliance, and willingness to contribute across departments are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience setting up and operating manufacturing equipment.
  • Basic math skills – fractions, decimals, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform a flat layout.
  • HS Diploma or GED, technical school a plus.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in project teams to help improve the company.

Position Description
