Manufacturing Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Injection Mold Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will safely and efficiently perform post-molding finishing, assembly, and quality inspection operations to ensure high-quality plastic components meet customer standards.

Responsibilities Include:

• Safely and efficiently perform post-molding operations, trimming, deburring, and assembly of plastics components.
• Conduct thorough quality inspection procedures to detect defects and maintain strict standards.
• Package finished goods and support warehouse staging and logistics for inventory storage and shipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and uphold safety guidelines across the machine operator workstation.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Required: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing or plastics environment.
• Ability to read work instructions and perform basic quality inspection and counting tasks.
• Preferred: 6+ months experience as an injection mold machine operator or in plastics assembly and logistics.
• Hands-on experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for precision checks.
• Demonstrated experience using calipers and micrometers during standard quality inspection workflows.
• Ability to operate calipers and micrometers accurately within a fast-paced warehouse setting.
