Pittsburgh Glass Works is seeking Production Operators at its Tipton facility in Pennsylvania. As a Production Operator, you will make mechanical adjustments to equipment, manage daily production needs, and ensure quality standards are met. The position requires mechanical skills and prior manufacturing experience.

Make mechanical changes and adjustments to line equipment and operate all automation equipment.
Plan and address daily production needs.
Ensure quality production to meet customer specifications.
Make quality checks and document completed checks as required.
Maintain line cleanliness, including proper storage of tools, emptying trash, and getting full trash hoppers dumped.
Accurate and timely reporting of daily production information into the appropriate forms and/or databases.
Assign and direct personnel on pattern changes and short periods of downtime.
Inspect and pack glass as needed into designated racks.
Report all unsafe equipment and/or conditions.
Maintain operations at highest standards set forth by PGW's customers, production, and quality departments.
Starting rate $21.27/hr.
$0.50 Shift differential for Night Shift.
12-hour shifts rotating days (3 days one week and 4 days the next).
