Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Chaska, MN is seeking a Technician Production Operations to support reagent filling and manufacturing processes on-site. You will train to SOPs, execute work in filling cells, identify quality improvements, maintain accurate production records, and participate in kaizen/5S events with cross-training. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least two years of experience, plus proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and basic Windows.

Responsibilities

• Train to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and follow work order information and FDA requirements.
• Independently execute work in filling department work cells.
• Identify and implement quality improvements in production methods, equipment performance, product quality and efficiencies.
• Complete appropriate paperwork and maintain accurate records of production and status of work.
• Participate in kaizen/5S events and cross-training across work cells.
