WCCTV is seeking a Production Manager to lead the daily operations of Production, Repair, and Quarantine functions, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality manufacturing outcomes. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Electronics or related technical field preferred.
• Minimum five years of electro-mechanical assembly experience required.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience leading production personnel required.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting wiring schematics, diagrams, assembly drawings, and detailed work instructions.
• Experience installing and terminating analog, digital, IP-based, wired, wireless, locally managed, or cloud-based systems.
• Experience commissioning, configuring, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining electronic products and systems.
• Strong understanding of electronic assembly workmanship standards and quality practices.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production, Repair, and Quarantine activities including assembly, testing, repair, and inspection of cameras, trailers, and related components.
• Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer orders and business requirements.
• Establish and utilize production KPI’s and develop action plans to meet targets.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure production targets and customer deliverables are achieved.
• Lead repair operations including evaluation, troubleshooting, and timely product repairs.
• Establish departmental standards for productivity, quality, reliability, safety, and accuracy; drive continuous improvement.
