Job summary

Danfoss in Ames, IA is seeking a detail-oriented Production Operations Technician for 2nd shift (2:00 pm–10:00 pm, Mon–Fri). You will assemble hydraulic pumps, operate equipment, and monitor production to meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing quality checks, recording data, and collaborating with teammates to hit daily goals. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus and a strong mechanical aptitude is required.

Qualifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Operations Technician to join our team in a fast-paced hydraulic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembly of hydraulic pumps and components and ensuring production targets are met with high quality and safety standards. This is a 2nd Shift position, with shift hours 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Friday.
