Overview

Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical. We have a nationwide client base and offer services in temporary and direct hire placements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, reduce warranty returns, and implement corrective actions based on RMA and quality data
• Monitor cycle-count variances, analyze labor needs to meet shipping schedules, and maintain accurate labor and production records to support performance goals
• Manage employee records, payroll, and disciplinary actions while fostering open communication and positive morale across the workforce
• Ensure a safe working environment and uphold compliance with safety protocols and company standards

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and experience with ERP systems
• Proficient in spreadsheets, documentation tools, and mainframe systems; able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with teams
