Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship software development experience
• 2+ years of design/architecture experience for distributed systems
• 1+ year of software development engineer or related experience
• 1+ year designing and developing large-scale distributed software
• 1+ year of OO design experience
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in CS/Engineering/Math
• Experience programming in at least one language

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ML data pipelines and feature engineering workflows
• Design and implement software across major system components with scalability and security in mind
• Collaborate with Applied Scientists to productionize research prototypes
• Monitor model performance and implement retraining strategies
• Contribute to end-to-end SDLC including code reviews, testing, and deployment
• Investigate operational issues and drive permanent fixes for reliability
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to deliver customer value
• Evaluate new technical approaches including generative AI and adoption opportunities
