Digifabshop in Longmont, CO is seeking a Production Millworker to join our on-site team. You will craft and assemble wooden components for cabinetry and architectural projects, reading plans to guide precise fabrication.

This role requires hands-on experience with woodworking machinery, hand tools, and joinery. You will ensure quality, maintain equipment, and collaborate with designers and production managers to meet client specifications.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Woodworking: Craft and assemble wooden components such as cabinets, doors, furniture, and architectural details according to project specifications.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and plans to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Materials Selection: Choose appropriate wood materials, veneers, and hardware for each project, considering durability, aesthetics, and budget constraints.
• Machine Operation: Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and equipment safely and efficiently to shape, cut, and join wood.
• Quality Control: Monitor machine performance and conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure precision and adherence to specifications.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and tools to keep them in optimal working condition.
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols, including the safe operation of machines, tools and equipment, and report any safety issues or concerns.
