Sawyer Staffing is hiring a Production Associate for a growing manufacturing company in Greenville, SC. This role requires dependable individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience and mechanical aptitude. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential to transition to four 10-hour shifts in the future.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Have a valid DL/driver's license.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to read and write.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Textile manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to stay focused during repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment.
• Steel-toe boots required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic hand tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a production processing line
• Ensure chemicals are maintained at proper levels
• Monitor fabric throughout the production process to prevent errors
• Perform quality checks and remain attentive while the line is running
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining a safe, organized work area
• Complete general production and housekeeping tasks during downtime
• Work as part of a two-person team to keep production running efficiently
