Job summary

Superior Metal Technologies in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to support our aluminum finishing operations. You will handle a range of tasks on the production line, ensure safety, read work orders, check coatings, and help with packing and shipping preparation.

We offer three shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) with hourly wages and opportunities for advancement. Candidates should have a high school diploma and be able to lift up to 100 lbs, work as part of a team,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a production worker.
• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs regularly; up to 100+ lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities
