Job summary

OSI Industries, LLC in Geneva, IL is seeking a Labor associate to move materials and finished goods within a production setting. This is a non-managerial, on-site position requiring lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

You will operate a riding pallet jack or forklift, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain a clean, organized work area while following established procedures. Prior experience is preferred and a strong attention to detail is important.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Transfer raw materials from storage to production using a riding pallet jack or forklift.
• Transfer finished products from the production line to the storage or freezer areas as needed.
• Offload delivered raw materials and organize according to facility specifications.
• Stack and organize pallets and maintain a clean working area.
• Adhere to safety, food safety, and good manufacturing practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
