Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Monticello, IA is seeking a Production Material Handler to move raw materials, components, and finished goods to designated locations. You will stage materials for production and ensure accurate documentation.

You will follow safety rules, help investigate inventory discrepancies, restack goods, and support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and STW. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities to contribute to efficient manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials and finished goods to assigned locations.
• Ensure material movements follow current procedures for identification, fit, form and function.
• Stage and supply presses with correct materials and complete paperwork.
• Investigate inventory inaccuracies.
• Restack finished goods.
• Work safely using PPE and follow STW documentation.
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Move raw materials, finished goods, etc. to their assigned locations.2. Ensure material movements are consistent with current procedures regarding proper identification, fit, form and function.3. Stage and conduct production job accurately, complete paperwork and supply the presses with correct materials.4. Investigate inventory accuracies.5. Restack finished goods.6. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).7. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STWactivities.8.
