Job summary

KRB Kitchen and Bath Design Center is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead the production department for remodeling projects. You will drive schedules, supervise crews and subcontractors, ensure profitability, and maintain client satisfaction from start to finish.

This full-time onsite role emphasizes strong leadership, cost control, and effective communication across teams while delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of construction management experience with remodeling operations.
• Ability to create, maintain, and adjust project schedules (including Gantt charts).
• Proven leadership in managing crews, subcontractors, and project profitability.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction software; Buildertrend experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production department from contract review to final completion.
• Review cost breakdowns and profitability before jobs begin.
• Create and maintain master project schedules, including Gantt charts.
• Assign and supervise Lead Carpenters and subcontractors to stay on time and within budget.
• Coordinate material procurement, subcontractor scheduling, and production folder accuracy.
• Maintain daily communication with Lead Carpenters and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Manage billing processes, progress payments, and invoicing.
• Track costs vs. estimates and report monthly production status and profitability.
