Job summary

Cook Incorporated is seeking a Production Manager for Post Sterilization Services (Finance) in Ellettsville, IN. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing management
• Knowledge of ISO, GMP and CFR standards
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of department state by spending time in the department
• Ensure work orders are updated in a timely manner
• Maintain and evaluate KPIs for productivity
• Develop and utilize natural leaders
• Address personnel matters including performance issues and development plans
• Drive quality and efficiency improvements
• Provide direction to ensure clear expectations and goals
• Maintain safe, sanitary and orderly production areas
• Support audits and investigations within the department
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and processes
• Initiate actions to improve quality and efficiency
• Maintain training requirements and pursue continuous development
• Comply with Quality Management System to meet FDA 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485
