Job summary

Service Partners in Washington state is seeking a Production Supervisor responsible for all daily operations affecting gutter product production. You will directly supervise labor, oversee receiving, shipments, and quality checks to ensure safe, efficient outputs.

This role requires leading by example, tracking production reports, enforcing safety policies, managing inventory with RF handhelds, coordinating with teams, and conducting monthly cycle counts.

Job Description

Summary of Position

In charge of all the aspects of the daily operations as it affects the quality and quantity in production of Gutter product. Directly responsible for supervision of direct labor personnel, receiving of incoming material, shipments, and Quality Control checks.

Specific Job Duties/Accountabilities

• Accountable for oversight of the general day-to-day operations to include:
• Supervision of the entire production area and employees
• Tracking and recording of production reports to ensure optimal output.
• Cleanliness of plant area for safety and organization
• Track and record employees' attendance, tardiness and behavior.
• Ensure orders are accurately completed and loaded for delivery.
• Communicate late deliveries or production delays appropriately.
• Accurate daily documentation of materials used to include waste
• Communicate with employees, vendors, carriers, management with any issues
• Enforce the use of RF handhelds for inventory management.
• Accountable for receipt of all incoming materials:
• Check the accuracy of incoming quantities to actual amount received.
• Note any discrepancies and record errors or damage on the Bill of Lading.
• Direct materials into proper storage area and ensure proper handling.
• Review material requirements to keep up with material needs.
• Conduct monthly inventories, extending and transferring counts to inventory sheets and computer systems or RF handhelds.
• Conduct regular spot-checks and investigates any discrepancies found.
• Be willing to start early or end late to facilitate conducting monthly cycle counts.
• Stress the importance of safety during everything our employees do.

Compensation Range

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00
