• Find the friction in the Independence customer journey and bill it back to a fix.
• Pin down the unit economics before Volkswagen pours fuel on growth.
• Knit together the Independence, MO P&L from pieces three teams own separately.
• Field the awkward question in the QBR and have the data ready.
• Untangle which Communication costs are fixed and which you can actually move.
• Smooth the handoff between Metrology closing and GMP onboarding.
