Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a seasoned production leader for its Canyon Bakehouse operations in Colorado.

The role focuses on directing manufacturing and sanitation activities, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance across OSHA, FDA, and AIB standards. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, possess the AIB Master Baker credential, and have 7+ years of experience with formal management training.

Responsibilities

• Directs subordinates in meeting quality and regulatory standards (OSHA, FDA, AIB, etc.).

• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Directs subordinates in daily production activities and demands.
• Sets production goals for subordinates to meet.
• Reviews and approves purchases and expenditures and assists in capital projects requests.
• Orders, receives, and stores supplies.
• Performs other duties integral to the job, including adherence to schedules and attendance policies.

Bringing Home the Dough

Responsible for meeting manufacturing profits and loss goals. Directs and manages all production and sanitation activities. Ensure product quality and adherence to all applicable standards. Requires constant interaction with work group and other departments at the primary work location. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality and/or quality.

Salary Range- 105,000.00 - 121,500.00
