Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Production Manager in Wichita, KS to oversee all manufacturing operations, drive lean initiatives, and ensure quality and efficiency across teams.

The role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of production planning, and hands-on experience with ERP systems. You will collaborate with multiple departments to meet ambitious production targets while maintaining safety and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 10+ years of experience in manufacturing salary roles.
• 3+ years of production supervision experience or a related role leading in a team environment.
• 5+ years of combined factory experience in Manufacturing (operations), Quality, Engineering, or Production Planning.
• Experience leading cross functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
