Job summary

Integron Systems, part of the PPC Partners family, seeks a Production Manager to lead and coordinate growing skid and e-house integration operations. The role will establish production processes, scheduling methods, and best practices to support growth in equipment integration.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on production leader with experience in electrical integration, industrial equipment, modular systems, switchgear, power distribution, skid systems, and e-houses.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules, manpower, priorities, and work sequencing.
• Coordinate production from equipment receipt through installation, wiring, testing, packaging and shipment.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement and Quality to ensure readiness to execute.
• Identify material, drawing, scope, and engineering issues early and drive resolution.
• Establish labor requirements, production durations, and delivery commitments.
• Lead and develop production personnel; establish standard work and production controls.
• Monitor schedule, labor, quality, material availability, and production progress.
• Coordinate testing, punch lists, documentation, and final shipment readiness.

Job Description

We are seekingan experiencedProduction Managerto lead andcoordinate our growingskid and e-house integration operations. This is akey position withthe opportunity toestablish theproduction processes, schedulingmethods, and bestpracticesthat will supportour growth. Our operation focusesonequipment integrationWe receive equipment, mount and integrateit into skid/e-house structures, complete wiring and/or bussing, testthe package, completedocumentation, and prepareit for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manageproduction schedules, manpower, priorities,and work sequencing.
• Coordinate production fromequipment receipt andstaging through installation, wiring/bussing, testing, packaging, and shipment.
• Work closely withProject Management, Engineering, Procurementand Qualitytoensure workis ready toexecute.
• Identify material, drawing,scope, and engineeringissues early anddrive resolution.
• Establish realisticlabor requirements, productiondurations, and delivery commitments.
• Lead,develop, and supportproduction personnel.
• Establishstandard work, installationmethods, checklists, andproduction controls.
• Monitor schedule, labor, quality, material availability, and production progress.
• Coordinate testing, punchlists, documentation, andfinal shipment readiness.
• Maintainan organized, safe, and efficient productionfloor.
• Provide production inputfor estimating, planning, and future projectexecution.
• Continuously improve processes, productivity, quality,and overall workflow.

The Production Managerwill participate in creating production plan based on projectscope, drawings,materials schedules. It will be the production managers primary responsibility to execute and monitor the production plan to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost\Efficiency goals.

SQDC & KPI Management

Establish process execution and regular review ofSQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost)operating systemwith measurable KPIs, including:

• Safety:Incidents, near misses, safety observations, andcorrectiveactions.
• Quality:Rework, defects, punch-list items, first-pass quality, andtesting issues.
• Delivery:Schedule adherence, productionmilestones, and on-time shipment.
• Cost:Labor hours vs. budget, productivity, overtime, and material/rework costs.
• Production KPIs:Labor hours perproject, schedule variance, throughput, backlog, andproductioncapacity.

Facility & Operations Support

During the initialgrowth phase, theProduction Manager willalso oversee selectedfacility activities, including:

• Production-floor organization, and space utilization.
• Facility maintenance andrepair coordination.
• Production equipment, tooling, and material-handlingresources.
• Safety, housekeeping, andgeneral shop conditions.
• Coordination of facilityvendors and contractors.

These responsibilities maytransition to dedicatedpersonnel as thebusiness grows.
