This is a key leadership role responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, cost, and service excellence across the production floor.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will develop, lead, and motivate a high‑performing production team while ensuring manufacturing objectives are achieved in a safe, efficient, and cost‑effective manner. You will partner closely with planning, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize operations, resolve manufacturing challenges, and continuously improve plant performance.
