HHS is recruiting a Production Manager for the Deaconess Illinois Medical Center in Marion, IL. You will lead the hospital kitchen team, ensuring safe, high-quality patient meals and dining experiences while upholding policy, sanitation, and service standards.

Qualifications

• A cook’s certificate or associate’s degree from an accredited culinary program, or 5+ years of experience as a sous chef or kitchen manager.
• Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
