You’re confident leading day-to-day production, developing employees, managing priorities, and holding your team accountable to performance goals. You use data, KPIs, and process improvements to maximize efficiency while maintaining compliance with all state regulations and company standards. Most importantly, you lead by example — supporting your team on the production floor, solving problems as they arise, and ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and on schedule every day.
As a Production Manager at Curaleaf, you’ll lead the overall performance of our production operations by driving safety, quality, efficiency, and team development. You’ll oversee production planning, coach leaders, and use data to improve processes while ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory standards. You’ll partner closely with Operations leadership to keep production running smoothly, support business goals, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employeeis regularly required tostand, walk, sit,talkor hear, use hands to finger or feel, reach with hands and arms, andlift upto 50 pounds.
This position requires close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships).
