• Use production metrics to identify trends, drive improvements, and maximize uptime, throughput, and profitability.
• Optimize workflow, equipment utilization, and labor efficiency while reducing waste.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, maintenance, and other internal departments.
• Track daily production performance and prepare accurate reports for site leadership.
• Manage budgets, equipment, tooling, and raw materials required for production.
• Ensure production equipment is operated correctly, and preventative maintenance activities are executed.
• Partner with site leadership to drive best-in-class operational results.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly hands-on Production Manager to lead a production unit at one of our high-volume manufacturing facilities. Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proven ability to succeed in a demanding, high-volume production environment; strong mechanical aptitude
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop frontline production teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for production tracking and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while focusing resources on high-value work
• General understanding of OSHA regulations
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Comfortable working alongside teams on the production floor for most of the day
• Ability to foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing leadership experience in a production environment

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods; ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds independently; ability to work in varying temperatures, around moving mechanical equipment, and in environments with moderate to high noise levels.
