Caterpillar Inc. in Oklahoma is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the production line, develop schedules, resolve issues and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

You will create production reports, update SOPs, supervise line workers, onboard new hires, and coordinate cross-team activities to drive continuous improvement. This onsite role offers comprehensive benefits and a structured environment.

• Onboarding new hires, managing scheduling and work conflicts, monitoring safety, and promoting internal communication to create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Physical Demands

Summary Pay Range

$72,360.00 - $108,540.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
