Lead daily manufacturing operations while ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and cost control.

Build and lead a high-performing team by providing strong leadership, mentorship, and employee development to foster engagement and operational excellence.

Ensure a strong commitment to workplace safety by proactively identifying and mitigating risks while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Develop and implement standardized production processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance through lean manufacturing.

Improve quality culture to help minimize waste and customer complaints, fostering a proactive approach to quality management.

Oversee production activities, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance capacity and support investment projects.

Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

• Experience with SAP, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing concepts (asset).
